GBI 100. The Inspired Word of God. 2 Units
This course provides an overview of the spiritual dimension of God’s Word. Students will be equipped for personal spiritual growth and ministry as they become more deeply acquainted with knowing God through His Word, understanding the language of the Bible, and learning how to study the Word of God with the help of the Holy Spirit.
GBI 101.The authority of the Word of God. 2 Units
This course provides an overview of the authority of God’s Word. Students will learn the principles of applying the Word of God in light of its revelation and authority.
GBI 102. Old Testament Survey 2 Units
This course provides a survey of each book of the Old Testament. It also includes separate studies on Israel and the Law. Students will become acquainted with the calling of Israel, key events in Biblical history, and the significance of the Law in God's covenant with His people. The course helps develop a theological understanding of the nation of Israel and its vital role in the fulfillment of Biblical prophecy, including the Messianic prophecies.
GBI 103. Theology of God. 2 Units
This course provides a deeper study of the Trinity of God. Students will learn about the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit and their function in the Old and New Testaments. This subject will lead students to a deeper revelation and understanding of God.
GBI 104. The Holy Spirit. 2 Units
This course provides a deeper understanding of the Holy Spirit and His function in the life of a believer. This subject will greatly enrich student’s awareness and knowledge of the power of God within us.
GBI 105. Prayer. 2 Units
Prayer is one of the most important spiritual weapons. Every student who is pursuing a greater, deeper, and more powerful life must enter into the next level of prayer. This course will offer a deeper understanding of what prayer is and what can be accomplished through it. Students will learn that prayer is more than communication with God; intimate prayer is fellowship with Him.
GBI 106. Israel and the Church. 4 Units
This course offers a comprehensive study of Romans 9–11 concerning Israel and Ephesians 1–2 concerning the Church. It is essential for every believer in Christ to understand that God has never replaced Israel as a nation with the Church. This subject is extremely important for every minister in order to rightly divide the Word of God.
GBI 107. Holiness and Sanctification and the Fruit of the Spirit. 3 Units
This course examines the Biblical teaching of a believer’s dedicated and separated life in Christ. Students will be encouraged to take the next step in their spiritual growth by learning how to live and walk in the character of God. Walking daily in the Spirit cannot be achieved through knowledge alone. True transformation comes through the revelation of God’s Word, which brings spiritual victory and establishes believers in God’s character. For a deeper and more comprehensive understanding, this course explores these principles through teachings from both the Old and New Covenants, providing a solid Biblical foundation for a life of holiness and spiritual maturity.
GBI 108. The Cross in Ministry Life. 2 Units
This course examines the Biblical significance of the cross as the foundation of born-again believer discipleship and ministry. Students will learn how a life surrendered to Jesus is marked by humility, self-denial, obedience, and dependence on the Holy Spirit. Through the study of Scripture, they will discover how embracing the cross transforms character, deepens their relationship with God, and prepares them to serve others with Godly love and faithfulness. This course encourages students to develop a servant's heart and to minister with integrity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to God's calling.
GBI 109. Spiritual Warfare. 2 Units
This course provides a Biblical truth of the spiritual battle every believer faces and equips students to stand firm in Christ's victory. Through the study of Scripture, students will learn about the nature of spiritual warfare, the authority of the believer, the armor of God, prayer, discernment, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Emphasis is placed on developing a strong spiritual life, recognizing the enemy's strategies, and living in obedience to God's Word. By the end of the course, students will be better prepared to walk in faith, resist spiritual opposition, and minister effectively with confidence in Christ's power.
GBI 110. Renewed Mindset. 2 Units
This course explores the Biblical principles of renewing the mind through the transforming power of God's Word. Students will learn how their thoughts, attitudes, and beliefs influence their spiritual growth, daily decisions, and effectiveness in ministry. Through the study of Scripture, they will discover how to reject worldly patterns of thinking, develop the mind of Christ, and cultivate a life marked by faith, wisdom, and spiritual maturity. This course equips students to live with a renewed perspective that reflects God's truth and empowers them to fulfill His purpose with confidence and integrity.
GBI 111. Spiritual Gifts. 2 Units
This course provides a Biblical understanding of the Gifts of the Holy Spirit and their purpose in the life of the believer and the Church. Students will examine the various Spiritual Gifts described in Scripture and learn how to identify, develop, and faithfully use the Gifts God has entrusted to them. Emphasis is placed on spiritual maturity, Godly character, and serving others in love through the power of the Holy Spirit. This course equips students to minister effectively, strengthen the Body of Christ, and fulfill their God-given calling with humility and confidence.
GBI 112. Living by Faith
This course explores the Biblical principles of living a life of faith and complete dependence on God. Students will examine what Scripture teaches about trusting God's promises, walking in obedience, and persevering through life's challenges with confidence in His faithfulness. Through the study of Biblical examples and practical application, they will learn how faith strengthens their relationship with God, shapes their daily decisions, and equips them for effective Christian living and ministry. This course encourages students to cultivate a steadfast faith that honors God and reflects unwavering confidence in His Word.
